My husband and I are staying for 3 nights. We arrived on a Friday morning and had to walk through the café to check in due to construction going on in the front. We waited around for about 10 minutes before someone was able to check us in. The host? asked if we had checked in the day prior, which was odd (and we hadn't), but then showed us to our room without checking IDs. I guess if you give the right name, you'll get a room, no questions asked. The room was not fully ready for us as the host said people would be in and out for hours to fix the 2 TVs. It's not a great start. The room looks nice but has 1 1/2 bathrooms and no closet. Why they think 2 toilets and no place to hang a coat is a good idea is beyond me. Mind you the room only has 1 bed. The Aruba is tragically located right next to the cafe. The door is adjacent to the cafes restroom. There is a door leading outside in the room that bumps into a café guests chair. We had an early flight, it's the hottest part of the day, we'd like to take a nap, and all we hear is banging, dishes crashing, café chatter, footsteps, and the public bathroom door opening and closing. Not to mention worrying about someone coming in to fix the TV. There's no breakfast included, but we're surrounded physically and audibly by the hustle and bustle of a cafe. This place charges too much for what it offers amenity and location wise. Edit: Marie and I had a nice chat about my concerns. She was able to fix the TV while we were out and most importantly got us a dresser for the room. I appreciate her taking the time to address our concerns and make the stay more comfortable. The room is quieter at night and the beds are very comfortable. I would only recommend adding black out curtains to the room.
What an absolute delight. My BFF & I spent two nights at the Sea Breeze Manor Inn for a little girls getaway. The Jamaica room was beautiful! The bed was cozy - loved that there was plenty of space for us to move about. The icing on the cake was certainly the view off the balcony overlooking the beach area. Highly recommend & thrilled to have found this gem.
We had brunch. It was great. Awesome, friendly service. Love the atmosphere
The only reason a 4 star because under construction. The view was beautiful from the Jamaican room. Food and coffee was very good.I would stay again.
Excellent place to stay. Close to the Main Street. Rooms are clean and roomy. We had breakfast in the cafe downstairs, it was great.
We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at Sea Breeze. The Bermuda suite had a tiny view of the bay but a very comfortable balcony overlooking the event area. The new hosts are almost done repairing the storm damage from last fall. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of room to relax. The breakfast in the cafe (not included in our price) was excellent. So nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants in relaxed Gulfport. We'll be back!
Stayed at Sea Breeze Manor Inn, and enjoyed the accommodations and guest services. Located across the street from park, beach, and easy walk to restaurants. Also location is good because short drive to beaches.

We had the privilege to stay here for the Forth of July! This is the perfect spot to see the parade and fireworks! The restaurant had some of the best breakfast we’ve ever had!
Food is amazing
This is my third stay at Seabreeze so obviously I love it. My room was comfortable, spotless, and bright with a beautiful view of the bay. The bed and linens were perfect. The hosts (Rali and Frank) and staff are super friendly but not intrusive. Rali and Frank showed me rooms that were updated and they really shine- vinyl tile instead of carpet, modern glass shower doors. Seabreeze Manor is an exceptional value and you can't beat the location. I'm booked for next year 😉.
I go there for breakfast now and then prices are comparable to other places and the foods a lot better than most. Not only that you've got a great view of Gulfport Beach and the water
I recommend staying here great people and if you have a group of people you can rent all the rooms for a big group and have your own rooms
