Very warm cozy rooms, and a fantastic lively chef cooking all kind of wonderful meals for breakfast.

Our stay there was absolutely excellent we enjoyed being pampered we would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at the Sea Breeze Manor Inn in Gulfport for 4 nights and it was the best 4 day vacation in a long time. Wite` gave us the royal treatment. He brought coffee to our room every morning followed by breakfast on the veranda from the Jamaica room. He was so accommodating. We plan on staying for a months when Old Man Winter comes to Tennessee. Gulfport is full of quirky people, but they are nice and friendly and we will come back. Thanks Wite` for making our stay so pleasant!

Very charming hotel in top location. The friendly staff makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive. Cosy rooms / cottages, clean, well equipped. Beautiful outdoor areas invite you to relax. Patio slightly elevated - overlooking the bay. Delicious breakfast buffet. Ample parking.

Room was clean quite and super comfortable. Shower was cold but everything else was top notch. Loved our stay. Staff was super fabulous. We enjoyed the Fireworks display just sitting right out front. Walking to shops and the Pub was nice we didn't have to drive anywhere.

This B&B is absolutely charming and quaint. The location is convenient to walk downtown. The view is quite lovely and relaxing. The food was delicious and all staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was decorated in a homey and elegant style with beautiful furniture and linens. Great care was take to every detail including luxury toiletries and bottled water in suite.I give Seabreeze Manor Inn my highest recommendation and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful two nights at the Sea Breeze. Am, the new owner, is a delightful host. He accommodated my food issues with concern and accuracy. One of the best omlets I have ever had! We have a new friend in southern Florida and look forward to returning another time.

We came for a short getaway. The room was quaintly decorated. It was clean and comfortable. There was a nice variety of breakfast items in the front room in the morning. The staff was very friendly. Great attention to customer service is so hard to find. This place is hands down top notch in customer service. I could write a short novel about our stay but will keep it to the point. We definitely plan to stay again.
