I have been a guest at the Sea Breeze Manor Inn several times over the years and it never disappoints. The new owners, Maria, Michael, and two others (I believe one of their Moms and not sure of the 4th) were so nice and welcoming. I had used a 3rd party site to book my reservation well in advance of the trip and was unaware they had canceled it without notice. When we arrived to find no reservation Maria quickly helped us out and put us in the Key West suite, honoring the price for the suite we had originally reserved (it was booked by others after the 3rd party site canceled mine). The suite was fantastic. Honestly, each room or suite I have booked has been great. The Key West has been beautifully redone and accommodated me and my sister much better than the original room I booked…mostly because we each had our own sink space. She is a sink hog :) I have stayed at other locations in Gulfport and this is, by far, my favorite. I/we will definitely return for future stays. I could sit outside in the patio chairs or in their outside restaurant all day. The team that works there are super nice and attentive too! Thank you for an awesome few days, and quickly relieving the stress when we first arrived from the 3rd party booking issue.
I recently stayed at the Seabreeze and I must say it was an excellent experience. My room was so comfortable and welcoming, the deck was great for sitting out reading and enjoying a beverage. The couple running the cafe do a great job, the food is great. I’m looking forward to my next stay!
Absolutely loved this place. Room was bigger and better than it showed on site. Very clean and great decor. Attached restaurant was delicious. Staff and owners were so welcoming and attentive. Location is fantastic too !!! Great Stay and I will stay here again. Thank you 🙏
Absolutely loved the stay! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy - exactly what I had been looking for when researching places to stay in the area, and it didn't disappoint! The owner / manager Marie was very attentive and checked to make sure there was nothing that was needed. Having the café attached to the Inn was a definite bonus. Ate there and the food and service were great. My family and I will definitely be booking here again the next time planning a trip to the area! An easy 5 stats!
The Seabreeze is the best place to stay in Gulfport! I am a local artist and stayed during a recent art festival as a little staycation with my dog in the Key West room. The rooms are great and its just beautiful. The outdoor seating and lighting, foliage and everything just makes it the perfect backdrop for any getaway!
Wow, what a beautiful place. It is extremely well maintained And very clean. Food is excellent. Planning on going back soon Enjoy the beachfront dining, great view. Michael and Marie are very professional and make sure that you have a great experience. We appreciated that. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
Beautiful inn and so peaceful. Great neighborhood. We enjoyed it very much. Plenty of close places to eat.
Me and my girlfriend spent 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The staff was always pleasant and friendly. Marie one of their managers was responsive to my questions and additional room request. She was a great help in making our last minute trip a rememberable one. We stayed in the key largo suite and enjoyed how the room was the perfect size for both of use and her dog. The room had a great vibe and amenities with it. The hotel has a cafe right next door I literally could have ordered my breakfast through the wall. The food was great and the location of the hotel is perfect you have the beachfront within a 3 mile walk and if you want to go to the ocean side instead of the bay it’s a 12 min drive. Also many great restaurants were within a 10 minute walk down the beach drive.
A Hidden Gem in Gulfport. We had such a wonderful stay at the Breeze Manor Inn in Gulfport, FL! It’s a charming, family-run inn, and you can really feel the love and care that goes into everything here. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. The location is fantasti just across from the Gulfport beach, and some of the rooms have views of the water. Our room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The bathroom felt surprisingly modern and recently updated, which was a lovely touch. Another big plus: it’s dog-friendly! It was so nice to find a place where our pup was not only allowed but welcomed. If you’re looking for a relaxing, personal, and comfortable stay in Gulfport, I can’t recommend Breeze Manor Inn enough. We’ll definitely be back! Also try the Breeze cafe for breakfast. It was delicious.
Sea Breeze Manor is the best bed & breakfast I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at! Okay, so maybe it’s the only bed & breakfast I’ve ever stayed at—but regardless, it was a pleasure. The hosts, Michael and Marie, were super helpful, kind, and informative from the very first phone call. Marie was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was incredibly helpful in resolving them. The manor itself is beautiful, and my room—I believe it was the Key West Room—was comfortable, charming, and newly renovated. It had a smart TV, a Keurig machine, and K-Cups available in the lobby whenever I wanted coffee. The king bed was super comfy, with the best pillows I’ve ever gotten to rest on. The room was always comfortable, and the massive first-floor patio had tons of spots to hang out, plug in a laptop to work, or just enjoy the view of the Gulf right across the street. The location is right on the beach and just a few minutes’ walk from Gulfport’s main street. The entire area is super cute and charming—a great low-key spot to take it easy for a few days. The café on the property (separately operated) opens at 8 a.m. and is amazing. Everything I had there was homemade and seriously delicious. Overall, between the great location, beautiful views, wonderful hosts, and cozy café, Sea Breeze Manor is a truly charming bed & breakfast that will leave you grieving its absence the moment you check out. Best place I’ve stayed in all of downtown St. Petersburg—no doubt. Thanks, Michael and Marie!
I recommend staying here great people and if you have a group of people you can rent all the rooms for a big group and have your own rooms
My husband and I are staying for 3 nights. We arrived on a Friday morning and had to walk through the café to check in due to construction going on in the front. We waited around for about 10 minutes before someone was able to check us in. The host? asked if we had checked in the day prior, which was odd (and we hadn't), but then showed us to our room without checking IDs. I guess if you give the right name, you'll get a room, no questions asked. The room was not fully ready for us as the host said people would be in and out for hours to fix the 2 TVs. It's not a great start. The room looks nice but has 1 1/2 bathrooms and no closet. Why they think 2 toilets and no place to hang a coat is a good idea is beyond me. Mind you the room only has 1 bed. The Aruba is tragically located right next to the cafe. The door is adjacent to the cafes restroom. There is a door leading outside in the room that bumps into a café guests chair. We had an early flight, it's the hottest part of the day, we'd like to take a nap, and all we hear is banging, dishes crashing, café chatter, footsteps, and the public bathroom door opening and closing. Not to mention worrying about someone coming in to fix the TV. There's no breakfast included, but we're surrounded physically and audibly by the hustle and bustle of a cafe. This place charges too much for what it offers amenity and location wise. Edit: Marie and I had a nice chat about my concerns. She was able to fix the TV while we were out and most importantly got us a dresser for the room. I appreciate her taking the time to address our concerns and make the stay more comfortable. The room is quieter at night and the beds are very comfortable. I would only recommend adding black out curtains to the room.
